We prefer to collect final payment COD with UPS.

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit, which can be applied to the final bill.  Deposit can be paid by cashier's check or money order.  Work will not begin on your plaque until we receive your deposit, antlers and amunition or broadhead.

All shipments will be packed in crates and will be insured for the value of the plaque and the declared value of your antlers or skull.  If you do not provide guidelines for insurance value, they will be insured for $500 for shipment.

Because our antler plaques are hand made, we do not carry inventories of each style we make.

We sell on a special order basis.

Prior to receiving orders, we cannot predict working time required for each plaque.  We are unable to know in advance what our schedule will be.  We will, however, notify you upon receipt of your order, as to what time frame you might expect.

Upon acknowledgement of your order from us, we ask that you ship or deliver your antlers and a rifle cartridge you used to harvest your game.

We will measure and transpose the measurements to a scale of 6.4 to 1.  That scale works well for us, as it results in plaques that measure 18 to 22 inches in length.

Upon completion of your plaque, we will make arrangements for shipment or delivery to you.

We will construct a crate to carry and protect the plaque and antlers.  In the event you order a european mount, we can ship skulls without fear of damage to the delicate portions of such.
